Anaar Beauty
Anaar is a conceptual beauty brand rooted in Indian heritage and built around a simple belief — that everyone deserves to feel seen, celebrated, and beautifully served.
The pomegranate, anaar in Hindi, has been woven into Indian culture for centuries — present in art, mythology, food, and ritual. It's layered, vibrant, and abundant by nature, which made it the right foundation for a brand built around richness and inclusivity. I wanted the concept to have real cultural grounding, not just a surface aesthetic, and the pomegranate gave it exactly that.
The brand spans a full range of beauty products — foundation, eyeliner, blush — with genuine attention to the shades and undertones that work for skin tones mainstream beauty has long overlooked. That specificity was always central to the project. The products exist to serve the people the brand was made for.

The visual language draws from the pomegranate — deep reds, warm golds, rich layered texture. The goal was an identity that feels premium and intentional without feeling cold or out of reach. Elevated, warm, and grounded in something real.
At its core, Anaar is about the belief that self-expression should be accessible to everyone — that confidence shouldn't depend on whether the industry has remembered to include you. Beauty, done right, is a celebration. Of culture, of heritage, of self.
